Why I kept my wedding away from the public eye – Foster Romanus opens up

Comedian Foster Romanus has opened up about why he did not make his wedding public.

According to him, he wanted to prevent people from disrespecting his wife hence the decision not to make it public.

He is of the view that people always want to choose for well-known people and will therefore disrespect their choices; hence the need to protect his wife’s sanity.

“Because of the attention that it comes with, and then I’ve seen a couple of weddings where people tend to disrespect your choice. The person you think is best for you then that person thinks what is wrong with you? Why this choice? I didn’t want my wife to go through that,” he told Eddie Nartey.
