Two kids, a boy and a girl, are said to have been drowned in a concrete water tank in Anwomaso-Domeabra in the Ashanti Region’s Ejisu Municipality.
The bodies of the deceased, aged four and two, were discovered floating on the water in a two-foot brick tank at a nearby construction site.
The children, identified as Blessing and Lukeman, were believed to be playing near the area but went missing after a short period, despite all attempts to locate them.
The Domeabra District Police Command says they have commenced investigations into circumstances that led to two minors drowned in a water tank
The bodies have since been deposited at the Emena Hospital mortuary, pending an autopsy.
