The general manager for God Links Company Limited, Nana Nkrumah Adusei also known as Nana Sinopi, has added his voice to the clarion call of high rent charges by some property owners across the country.
According to him the brewing tension across the country over high rent charges ought be measured as it affects every facet of daily activities. The high level of economic activities cannot be laid at the door steps of fuel and transportation but rent as well. Until property owners review their rent charges to commensurate the proposition of the 1992 constitution, property owners have no business to talk about economic hardship as they are also contributors.
Nana Sinopi who also doubles as the Gyasewahene of Obogu Traditional Area in Asante Akyem has been an industrial player in the real estate industry for over four decades.
