Popular Ghanaian Actress Nana Ama McBrown has gifted her Junior Secondary School (JSS) Classmate who is blind a big freezer and an undisclosed amount of money at Kwadaso in the Ashanti Region.
She also paid the 2 years’ advance rent of his rent to save him from being thrown out.
Nana Ama McBrown couldn’t control her tears when she saw her blind JSS classmate walking with the support of his children.
Speaking to the media during the registration of 1700 people to the National Health Insurance Scheme, Nana Ama McBrown emphasized that “I came to give back to the people of Kwadaso on my birthday because I wouldn’t have been here without their support, prayers and support.
According to her“I realized that someone was struggling in the crowd just to see me so I decided to go to him and I realized that he is my primary and JSS classmate who is now blind”
“I encouraged him not to give up in life though his situation is difficult I know with God all things are possible. I know that the little that I have done for him will help him and his family” she said.
“He told me his landlords are demanding 2 years advance from him and he doesn’t know where he is going to get Ghc4000 to pay his landlord but to save him overthinking, I will pay the 2 years advance for him” Nana Ama Mcbrown.
