Information reaching Ashantibiz, indicates that one person has been confirmed dead while 30 persons have sustained various degrees of injuries in a fatal accident.

The accident involved some Fulani persons on Monday June 17, 2024 who were traveling in a Kia Rhino truck which occurred around Soalepe near Damongo in the Savannah region.

MyNewsGh.com understands the Kia Rhino truck was carrying the Fulani la back to their various communities after they attended a party organized by the Damongo MP, Hon Samuel Abu Jinapor.

The injured persons were rushed to the St. Anne’s Catholic Hospital in Damongo for medical attention.
