Rand Medical Imaging and Health Systems, a private diagnostic centre based in Kasoa, has donated a double-decker refrigerator to the Kasoa Polyclinic . The donation, delivered on January 13th, 2025, directly addresses a request made by the polyclinic’s staff last year for improved vaccine and medication storage capabilities. Dr. Silas Jemima, the Polyclinic’s Head, expressed her deep gratitude for the timely and impactful gift, highlighting its significance in enhancing the quality of patient care within the facility.
The donation was facilitated by Dr. Mrs. Rosemond Osei Koranteng (CEO of Rand Medical), who emphasized her company’s commitment to supporting community health initiatives.
The initiative showcases a positive example of private sector involvement in strengthening public healthcare infrastructure in Ghana.
